Shipping and Order Information:

You may use our secure server to order any of our products, using your credit card. Just click on the item and add it to your shopping cart.

However, if you wish, you may fax us your order. Click here for a fax order form. Print it out, complete it and fax it to us at (928) 684-3051. Shipping charges will apply and you will be notified by e-mail of these charges.

Shipping outside of the United States:

If the delivery address is outside of the United States, please fax us the order with appropriate payment information, such as credit card information and email address. Please click here for fax order form. Taxes and applicable duty charges will be paid by the recipient. You will be contacted via e-mail prior to shipping to confirm final costs of your order and approval.

Order Status:

After you place an order online, you will receive an e-mail message that will contain your order information.

When your order is shipped, we will send another email informing you that your online purchase is on its way and provide any additional shipping information.

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner, please remember:
Credit Card approval must be received before shipping.
Overnight orders (Next Day Air) placed Monday through Thursday 11:00am MT, are processed the following day. All overnight orders placed after 11:00am MT on Friday are processed the next business day. Next Day Orders placed on Friday will not arrive before Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
Double D Western World recognizes the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Delivery Charges:

All orders placed on this web site will be shipped via UPS. Those orders that are $50 or more are shipped FREIGHT FREE ground only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). The dollar amount for shipping and handling for those sales that total less than $50 are as follows:

Order Total: up to $25.00 - $5.00 ground
between $25 - $49.00 - $8.00 ground
