RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returning something to us from the U.S.:

ddwesternworld.com will gladly exchange, repair or credit your credit card on any merchandise purchased from ddwesternworld.com within 21 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a packing slip and/or email confirmation and be in saleable condition (all tags must be attached, packaging intact, all apparel items must be unwashed and unworn).

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles and leather are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, walk only in carpeted areas and be careful when removing the boots so the leather does not become marked.

1. Follow the guidelines on the packing slip enclosed with the order.

2. For a quick reorder, call us at 1-800-225-1230. Or complete the packing slip and fax to us at 928-684-3051 or send back with the return.

3. Using any UPS Shipper or USPS mail, send your return to:

4. Include your name, address, daytime phone number, copy of e-mail order confirmation and your e-mail address. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, repair or credit card refund. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Your credit card will be charged for any replaced merchandise when shipped, if there is an amount due.

Occasionally due to demand, we experience shortages. If we do not have an item in stock when you order, we will contact you with the expected delivery date to see if you want an item backordered. Back orders and special orders can take up 4 - 8 weeks depending on the item. If the item is no longer available, we will notify you by email or USPS as soon as possible.
